Last 24 hours FTTB slow as a turtle and paying for unlimited. 

2nd screenshot says that the server is in LONDON? Please respond TPG and answer that! Talk to your customers. Be transparent. 

3rd Screenshot is on TPG My account. The submission won't compute.
