error message when trying to access other services

I have been trying to log in to my account dashboard to pay an outstanding balance and cannot seem to get the ‘other services’ link to work. It keeps loading with error message ‘something has gone wrong’. I have tried the ‘check my balance’ link in my account however it says i have no outstanding balance. I cannot log in to other services and my 5G service is not currently working in my home. Has anyone had a similar issue?
