Hi there - my 5g home internet service does not appear to be working

I have attempted using a different browser and following the instructions on your website but I am unable to get through to my dashboard to retry my payment. There is no change to the payment method so is it possible for you to retry the payment on your end?

I have been trying to log in to my account dashboard to pay an outstanding balance and cannot seem to get the ‘other services’ link to work. It keeps loading with error message ‘something has gone wrong’. I have tried the ‘check my balance’ link in my account however it says i have no outstanding balance. I cannot log in to other services and my 5G service is not currently working in my home. Has anyone had a similar issue?
