Get online support
Hi TPG Support,
My chat was closed without support after 1 hour of wait so posting this on Community.
My HCF internet haven't worked for 5 days.
Internet Status is Disconnected per the modem..
It connects and drops out almost immediately. It sometimes works for a brief period at 4 AM in the morning.
I've powered off both the modem and the black box for a minute before turning back on.
Same issue.
Where do we go from here?

There was a NBN Scheduled Maintenance soon a few days after my post and internet is working again.
