HFC NBN No Internet

Service was working earlier today, but now it's not.

When logging into router it states:
Internet Status : Disconnected - Please configure your DNS manually

Connection Type: PPPoE

Is connected, have an IP address, DNS & Gateway.

If I manually set the DNS 8.8.8.8 - Then it says connected

Can ping sites and get a response, just no web traffic

If I perform a ping test to the gateway address, I'm getting ~30% packet loss.

I've seen that the ethernet devices have disconnected twice, but router hasn't rebooted.

All lights are green on NBN box and I have previously power cycled devices.
