No instructions provided can I get some follow up Fault 10475118

Hi,

Attached a screenshot of the app which we have been suggested to use.

The problem is frequent disconnections and sometimes physically needing to reset the NBN modem to regain connection.

Random high latency and poor speeds.

Hi user80cor,

Now I am able to see that  ticket it is Open - Customer for Callback  status so you will receive call from TPG Engineer,  based on my current test service is connected for more than 44 hours without any dropouts. 

Have you experiance any recent dropout?

Hi,

Yes we experience frequent dropouts and latency and speed issues, some drop outs last several hours when there is no active or reported NBN outages.

Hi user80cor,

There is already callback request for that ticket so when you receive call that time just   let Engineer know as well so he can check as well.
