My nbn doesn’t work last 2 weeks.
Please solve my problem

Mine doesn’t work either. I’ve tried reaching technical support for 2 weeks every day at different times starting at 8am and they are always “with other customers” and ask me to try later. Their sales staff do answer but then they leave you to wait on a dead line.
Who can I get my problem solved or my account cancelled?
