ADSL2+ dropouts/slow speeds

Hi TPG

The internet connection has been extremely unrealiable and it keeps dropping out. There is no internet connection most of the time. This has been happening for nearly 2 weeks.

Could someone from support check my line connectivity and let me know if there are any expected faults?

How often those drop outs happened?

Hi

 

Several times a day or it just doesnt reconnect. If it does, it stays around 1 mbps then drops out.
