Has any customer with NBN HFC frequent dropouts successfully resolved their issues?

I see several posts related to the same issue in the last couple of months, it seems that NBN technician visits and new modems hasn't solved the problem. I wonder if anyone has been able to completely solve this issue and what they did. Thanks

Hi @Phil2 

      TPG HFC got over 100000 customers, I am seeing about less than 10 customers got network issue at this stage, until NBN fix the fault, we will keep lodge the faults back to them, we are in customers Team.

Hi @Phil2  

 

     After running a few tests, I found a weak signal to NTD, causing the issues, and please make sure. You are using a short from NBN wall plate to NBN box, 

I will send evidence to NBN now, and they may need to check all connectors outside and inside, also possible Ampiler installation

Hi @Phil2 

    I spoked to your case manager, and they didn't close your ticket with NBN, it was under Monitoring, 

also attached, my findings to your existing ticket, it will lodge back to NBN, 

until we see your connection is stable, the case will not be closed
