Help! Modem inbound to wrong address

I've gone ahead and signed up for the ADSL2+ Home Bundle, and added the modem for delivery.


Only problem is, its on route to the installation address, which I do not get the keys to until 14th of this month.


Can anyone advise how I might be able to reroute this to my current address, as I won't be able to recieve mail until I move in!

Have you contacted Startrack for this request? We are unable to delay the process as it's already in progress and tracking number was already given.


If no one will receive the order, usually the courier will leave it to the nearest Post Office of your new address.
