Hi,
I've been trying to organise a relocation from Melbourne to Perth for the past 14 days. I currently have NBN at my old place in Melbourne but the new home in Perth only has ADSL 2+. I have sent numerous emails, tried the online "chat" and I still can't speak to the right person to organise a relocation of servivce. The website to order the relocation DOES NOT WORK.
Please help.
