I have no internet access, on the NBN site says there is an issue but nothing on here.

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and it appears that there is an unplanned outage in your area. 

 

A third-party network technician has arrived on-site, and requested further assistance from an internal Fibre team. No ETR provided as of yet.
