Hi upgrade my NBN10 to NBN50 today, and got email saying the upgrade been completed. But internet speed still very slow only 4 -10 mb per second.

Thanks for raising this to us. Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file). Also please perform a speed test using desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable.
