Hi all,

mum has just signed up for home wireless broadband and received her tplink VX420-G2h modem. I plugged in and waited for a while but the 4g light never lit up, not even red. I power cycled a couple times to no avail. I then plugged in a lan cable to connect to the computer and login to the router. Once logged in the status says no sim card is inserted. There is definitely a sim card in there, has anyone else experienced this problem? Cheers
