Hi, recently upgrade tpg home wireless 20mbs unlimited internet but it has been very slow with speed test of 1.2mbs to 2mbs speed only. The modem coverage for network is 75% and near to window as tpg suggested. When the tv uses internet, we cannot use internet in our 2 mobile phones as it is too slow. Even if we turn off the tv, it still is very slow to be used in mobile phones. The mobile data we use reaches 12mbs in speed test. We are using the our sim from tpg itself. Why is the home wireless broadband too slow and mobile sim is fast. Need help making internet fast.
