I previously wrote about my frustration with the NBN speed.
I checked my speed again using tpg.speedtestcustom.com just now (screenshot attached). Now, please tell me how this is acceptable for NBN which is supposedly more superior than ADSL (judging from the price I am paying). I am an essential healthworker and using telehealth heavily. I can't even bring up a page let alone using telehealth system. This is very sad.
There is an open fault ticket for our engineers in the system already. I will push it up the chain for a quicker resolution and someone should call you within 24-48hrs.
