I'm trying to setup a website through my TPG account, however my domain is registered with netregistry. I'm trying to point my domain to my website and need the name server information

Primary DNS 203.12.160.35
Secondary DNS 203.12.160.36

I have been through both of those documents and couldn't find the relevant information to provide netregistry to point my domain to my tpg website.
