How many times would you expect to have technicians to not turn up to appointments before you change suppliers?

We have taken 2 separate days of work for appointments with technicians, only to have them not turn up and with no communication. We’ve had to contact TPG both times to ask why? Is this what we should expect each time we have a problem?

Lol, me too. I take half day off for the scheduled appointment and the technician did not turn up. Wasted halfday of my precious annual leave….
