How to cancel plan

I have tried to call and chat support tpg everyday now for over a week. Keep getting fobbed off. On hold. Disconnected. Told we will call you back and nothing. Today I tried chat again and was told wrong dept so forwarded to another but no one came on. Called the phone number and After an hr and a half and two people later and on hold again it was disconnected. I just want to cancel now and go with another provider. This has been going on for weeks.
But how to do this when you can’t talk to anyone with half a brain and morals?
