Good Afternoon,
I have tried to ask Tech Support to change my mobile number attached to my account as the old number is dead and gone. I can not log in to my account because it is attempting to send an SMS to my OLD mobile number.
Tech Support say they cannot change my mobile number. They sent me a very basic form that has NOTHING on it whatsoever about changing or updating contact details.
How am i meant to update my contact details with TPG?
