Hi. We've been trying to get support to help fix broadband dropouts we've been experiencing but am unable to get any support. I rang a number again several times today but kept getting passed to another department where I had to keep giving the same info and providing yet another SMS code before eventually getting someone with such a bad line they said they'd ring me back but didn't. Is anyone able to provide me with a number I can call (once) to connect to someone who can fix the problem PLEASE or does TPG no longer offer any customer support?
