How to increase internet speed

Have recently moved to TPG with 50 Mpbs speed, but having issues to stream movies in Netflix and other Apps

Hi @akulasrik . What type of NBN connection do you have? And what model router?

Are you streaming on ethernet computer or wifi device?

If wifi device, can you find the wifi connection speed between device and router?

Android (similar for Apple) Settings, WiFi, tap connection name. You should get over 65 Mbps.

Windows may have icon in System Tray.

(This speed decreases with distance from router.)

Is it the 2.4 GHz band or 5 GHz band? 

Run speed test on TPG Support page. What down and up speeds do you get?

Do the 2 graphs proceed smoothly or do they stop and start?
