How to park or temporarily suspend your internet plan

I have one question about parking my plan. If I suspend my plan, could the new tenant apply for their own Internet service in the old address where I previously applied for Internet service? I have moved out of my flat, but I have not finished my new address, and new tenants want to apply for new Internet service.

I was able to locate your account using your Community details and have seen that you have spoken to one of our Accounts Specialists. 

 

As advised, the available options for you would be to request a Change of Ownership or process a relocation of your service. 

 

Have yourself and the new account holder fill in and sign the Change of Ownership form at https://www.tpg.com.au/forms/Change_of_Ownership_Form.pdf?ver=072716 and email back to us at adsl_admin@tpg.com.au. 

 

Please ensure to attached 1 valid ID for both of you [Current & new account holder]. This process would normally take 2-3 working days to be completed.

 

For relocating services, the new tenant won't be able to apply for a new service until the transfer of your service is done. 

 

Nonetheless, you can definitely contact us here once you've sent the e-mail as we want to make sure the path for this change is as seamless as possible!
