Get online support

I am moving home but unable to reach TPG

I am moving home, I tried the following methods but failed. So I am stuck, someone please help.

1. Tried to use the moving home service through online channel, but got the following message:

TPG NBN Bundle service is available at your address, however you will need to contact TPG change of plan team on 1300 920 158 as further information is required.

2. Tried to call the number above MANY TIMES but TPG said staff is way too busy, so call back later.

3. Tried to do the online chat, got told to email my request to: relocation@tpg.com.au

4. Still no response from my email request.

You can private message to me your customer ID, username, old service address, new service address and mobile number so i can check status here.

Hi Jay,

 

I am also having issues in moving connection to new residence.

I tried to do it online but it threw me the below error message:

Unfortunately, Change of Location facility is not available for FTTB customers.

For more information please call TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 or email customer_service@tpg.com.au.

"

I even tried contacting them on phone and also emailed but there is no support.
