I am unable to send emails

Hi Guys, 

I am unable to send emails.   As with others it states that i have to show the email address correctly which i do each and every time.  I have cahneged the password but it still does not work.  Please fix urgently.

• May we know if you are getting any error messages? 
• Are you having issues with an email client? If yes, which one? 
• Are you able to use TPG Post Office
