I changed my internet plan from NBN to 5G broad band. Shoud I call to TPG customer service to cancle my old plan?

Hi ,

 

Seems like you are enjoying your new 5G Home Wireless connection. The NBN service will be automatically cancelled after the 7-day trial period and your old account will be converted to an email only service, so you can still access your TPG email service (POP3).
