Get online support

I don’t have internet connection

Had nbn installed a month ago all good until this afternoon. All of sudden no internet connection.tried switched off/on the power of the modem didn’t work. Downloaded the my TPG app and test the connection it says all online but when I tried testing the speed it says no internet connection detected. Tried to call the support line and was onhold for over a hour so gave up. Tried online chat and couldn’t get though... the entire afternoon I had.l no internet and couldn’t work. Can someone look into this for me? TPG user name:jenniferlmj
