Second, if the landline phone cannot be connected, please explain: what should I do with the landline phone at my house?

The 5G Home Broadband does not have a landline service. Do you have an existing phone number that you wish to keep? Is the phone number also with us?

We've edited your post and removed your landline number. Please refrain from posting your personal account details in public. 5G Home Broadband is a data-only broadband service. It does not include a standard phone service. It seems that you signed up as a new customer for the home wireless connection. Thus, your NBN service along with the landline service is still active. If you would like to keep your landline service, we suggest to stay with NBN. Let us know your next course of action.
