We've edited your post and removed your landline number. Please refrain from posting your personal account details in public. 5G Home Broadband is a data-only broadband service. It does not include a standard phone service. It seems that you signed up as a new customer for the home wireless connection. Thus, your NBN service along with the landline service is still active. If you would like to keep your landline service, we suggest to stay with NBN. Let us know your next course of action.
