I’m trying to restore my internet service

Was told restoration request was submitted twice since early morning , it’s now lunch and going on 3 hours.
Customer service agents keep escalating but being isolated and experiencing a flood does not seem to make the request any more urgent.
Wifi controls my entire home and security functions, TPG policies need to change.
