can anyone client service stuff help me cancel my plan? the person in telephone is not reliable, he said i will receive a instruction email, i havn't recieve anything

I need some TPG community admin or client service staff reply me, then I can PM you my details, to cancel my Home Wireless Broadband Unlimited plan
