I still have internet connection.

Yesterday, I posted a thread on here about my internet connection dropping out constantly and the connection lasting seconds/minutes and it is still happening. I have been extremely patient considering its been going on for a week now. If this is not solved today, I have no other option but to change providers. Using my phone to use the internet on my computer is costing me money which is completely unfair considering we pay $110 a month for this service.

I have done a traceroute and pathping using Command Prompt to help somewhat. I need answers.
