I transfer to new provider

Hi TPG

I already transfer service to another provider, My new service provider has just told me not to cancel the TPG service as they will be processing the transfer.

 

Do I need to cancel TPG service after it finish or Is it already cancel from your service ?

Can you please confirm ?
