I want to cancel my mobile phone account

I called you this morning for canceling my mobile phone account but unfortunately you made me disconnect after 2 hours waiting so I think you are very irresponsible. I send this message to you for just let you know as notice I don’t want to have TPG account and I want to cancel my mobile phone account end of this month(bill) because I paid for this month already . Please just tell me what should I do for that one?
