I want to change my plan but not allow me to do it.

Can you please help me to fix it?

We want to change my plan from 100G data to unlimited data.

I just had a message back from our plan change team. They have advised you are getting that error message because you need to update your credit card details on your account. Please see the details below how to update your details. Update your details and try submitting the plan change again.
