Inconsistent NBN download speeds

Hi there, I've just upgraded my NBN plan to NBN FTTN 50. Just tested using TPG speed test online page shared by Manuel. 

Here's what I've observed, the speed varies from 39Mbps to as low as 14.2 Mbps. Can you please let me know why it is so inconsistent? Can you please advise?

Hi @herbaliser ,

Thanks for raising this to us. We ran an initial test to the service it shows connected for 10h 14m with a passing speed on the line. Please confirm what device(s) is affected with the issue also post a screen shot of the speed test result on this thread for reference and testing purposes.
