Installation has been withdrawed

I applied a new service and waiting the previous owner to cancel their service and the cancellation is not decided. But now I receive a message from your NBN installation team says that my installation has been withdrawed. Could you please help me check what's wrong with this? Thank you.

Could you please help me check if the previous owner cancelled his service? And I prefer to install my new service as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hey @yongxing0806, we're only able to confirm account/connection status with the account holder. We reccomend reaching out to the previous owner directly to check with them.
