Insufficient funds in international roaming credit

I’m now overseas and international roaming is activated and my prepaid balance is around $50 but keep receiving
“You have insufficient funds to call this destination. You can top up your prepaid balance at https://www.tpg.com.au/account”
I cannot access TPG loan gin page due to access denied
Please help!
