Intermittent Huawei modem fault.

Hi,

 

Have been having intermittent issues withe the supplied Huawei NBN modem where various devices on my home network appear to be denied Internet access in favour of one particular laptop. The laptop connects wirelessly, but Ethernet connected devices are amongst the ones being intermittently denied access ... the issue is only rectified by disconnecting the laptop and rebooting the modem.

 

This sounds like a modem issue to me ... what are my options in getting a replacement? I understand I need to have it supplied by TPG in order to have my phone service remain working.
