Get online support
Hi there,
i have been experiencing intermittent internet connection the last few days. I have called TPG support and they have been really good but it is still happening this afternoon. The speed was fast and then all of sudden, it was so slow that I am lsing connections even though the lights on the modem are all green. I would appreciate it if you someone could help me with the issue. Thank you.

Are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection? If via WiFi, have you tried to test your connection using a Wired/LAN connection to compare?
What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
