I am in my cooling off period and would like to cancel my internet service immediately please. I was just on hold for an hour to your customer service line and was then disconnected so was wondering if there was an alternate method to cancel my service? I have email correspondence advising I will receive a full refund due to being within the cooling off period. Thank you in advance
