Internet Connection - connected to router but not internet

Hi all,

Here's the symptoms

TPG supplied router - Archer 1600.   Appears to be current on firmware.
DHCP IP assignment.    Using ethernet, 2.4 and 5G wifi.

Generally, getting eaasy connection to router (wifi and ethernet), devices working fine.

Every 2-3 weeks, some devices (laptops or phones) show "connected to wifi, no internet".   It happened again last night, but this time with an ethernet connected devices (a foxtel now box).

I typically start with devices and try a reboot, but this results in same symptom - either connected to router but no internet, or cannot connect to router (usually wifi).

The resultant fix is usually to reboot the router.   The frustration is the frequency of occurence.  TPG status shows no outage.

Any guidance from the techically savvy?
