Hello there,
Recently I had NBN contractors come and install wires at my new place. However, the work was done so poorly that the Strata company want them to repair it.
Since then, my real estate agent has been in touch with NBN and they are working on sending out someone to fix it.
For now - I would like TPG to not charge me for the internet as I am not using it at the moment. Also, I would like to request a technician to be organised once NBN contractors have fixed the cables.
