Internet DEAD

FTTB arrived at our address and went with TPG. All residents who have signed up have in our complex have had issues with failed routers and drop outputs, now it's our turn.
Internet gone, No connection available, so no home schooling, and no work from home?
Is this an Issue with router quality? And how can I get reconnected? Getting very frustrated as never had such issues with prior providers.
