Download speed slower than upload speed NBN 50

I've requested an NBN plan change from 12Mbps to 50Mbps. However speed tests show my download is only around 11Mbps while my upload is ~18Mbps!

I use desktop wire cable connection. Only one device was used while testing.

Speed was tested on www.speedtest.net . please see the photos as evidence.
