Internet Keeps Cutting Out For Short Periods Of Time

On a day to day bases my internet will cut out about ten times making it really difficult for my family to function especially now that my kids have online classes and require internet to learn and the internet cutting out every ten minutes makes it difficult for them to learn. I also pay good money for my internet which is hard right now because theres not a lot of work available to me and for the internet to cut out frequently makes it feel as if the price is just not worth it. I would really like to get this resolved as soon as possible

I have checked your NBN-FTTC service on our systems, and is passing in the NBN portal.

 

The 12/1 speed plan can feel slow at times because the 1meg UPLOAD speed can bottleneck quickly with heavy usages.

The next speed plan 50/20 is much better suited for high usages situations, and really opens up the potential of the NBN network.

 

Keep an eye on the BLUE LIGHTS of your NCD. If they go off or flash, let us know.

If they stay on and are stable, it may be a bandwidth issue.
