No ADSL Signal

Hi there

My account number is 5416529. I have no ADSL light on modem and hence Internet is not working. Can someone help please?

Hi 

  I can see your line is showing short circuit, 

can you please disconnect, you Modem and phones from the telephone wall socket, 

please make sure nothing plugged into any wall socket,

I can still see your line is short, looks like Telstra issue, I will get someone to lodge this to Telstra. 

Please check your Pm for a Ticket number.

Got the ticket number. Thanks a lot. In the meantime can you pls have a look if I can have NBN connection down the line as I am living in granny flat and my address is not coming up as a separate address in NBN database.

      I can still your ticket is not closed yet. But i can see your line is open now.
make sure apart from the modem; nothing is connected any phone socket until we fix your fault,
