No internet connection. All nbn equipment lights are green. On modem there is no internet light. My area is Modbury heights. Please find me in your system and give me a call. It’s been two days. If I don’t get internet today, well we have to move on to another provider. Thanks

Is there a responsible person working for tpg who genuinely cares about customer? It’s been 3 days no internet. No reply to the messages as well. At least give proper response to our queries.
