I recieved a SMS about a week ago about scheduled maintenance in my area on the NBN. This work was to be completed at 6am this morning. My internet is still not working. I have checked the NBN Outage website and they have indicated that there is no outage at my address. Furthermore my neighbours have NBN same as me and they are not having any issues.
I have been on the phone to TPG to reset my NBN box and my router. The problem still persists. The support contact only said they will raise the issue with an engineer. How long does this usually take to fix? This seems to be a TPG problem if my neighbours with different ISP are not encountering this issue.
