My speed test says 11.1 mbps download / 900kbs upload yet when i upload or download its running at a tenth of these speeds, with the exception that I just spotted today.. the microsoft app store is able to download updates at between 8 & 11mbps. Clearly there is some kind of restriction blocking every other site on the internet from being downloaded faster than 1.3mbps.
I have attempted to use the online assistance, however it is constantly busy and says to try later, there is no email contact provided to send the error to the tech support.
